it's time my friends. LPCO has finally called an AGM. Yep, you heard me right. There will be an LPCO AGM in February 2010. When was the last AGM? Why, November 2007, that's when. Defeats the true meaning of Annual in Annual General Meeting me thinks.
Not that anybody else has any clue that this important event is on the horizon (it's still not posted on the LPCO website), but here's the info:
Where and When:Our 2010 AGM will be held at the Caesars Windsor Casino the weekend of February 5th to February 7th 2010. (yes that is Super Bowl Weekend. Kind of like the Ontario Liberal Party scheduling their AGM in Windsor on Halloween)

Any clue as to where it's going to take place? Last AGM was in Huntsville, so I'm guessing they're looking at going back to a Southern Ontario location this time.
Watch Harper does not call an election, in the meantime..nothing escapes him.
TCI, I have now included that on the post. Super Bowl Weekend is our weekend of choice.
Ooh ooh ooh!! Can I come? Pleeeeease!!
Oh yes. OOOOOOOH yes.
Oh yeah, I remember that AGM in Huntsville ;) LPCO is standing directly behind their election readiness excuse I assume. Shows you how bankrupt the party is if the can't afford to put on an AGM and pay for an election in the same calendar year.
I'll be surprised if this one goes on as planned.
Good for you for posting this. Considering the amount of money made at a well-attended AGM with a robust democratic process, I'm sure the LPCO is thanking you graciously for giving the public a better chance to attend. Because they would hate if not enough people attended that the status quo was not challenged or altered.
