Completely reprehensible.

The sad thing is the partisan sparring on the "comments" section. Let's call it as it is.

Democracy is sick. Politicians, of all stripes, are too pre-occupied with "getting elected" as opposed to just doing the job.

However, on this day, in this case, the blame is solely on the Conservatives. For any Conservative to try and shift blame in this case by pointing the finger at some other Liberal failing is equally reprehensible.

When someone in your party lets you down and embarasses you, you accept the blame, get rid of the scum, appologize and try to do better.

End of story.
