At Least Stephane Dion Called Harper a Liar to His Face

During the 2008 election, in a televised debate, Stephane Dion called Stephen Harper a liar. Dion claimed Harper was lying about the economy. The press, rather than taking Harper to task, ridiculed Dion for accusing the PM of being a liar.

A month after the election, Dion continued his assault on the PM. The press? They sat by and watched.
