Well, if this is all going to be about past writings and statements, we can only hope Harper gets in on that action. It might add a little more flesh to the "Why the hell is Harper such a petulant bully?" question floating around the electorate (at least the ones not drunk on the koolaid). Until recently that chatter had been overshadowed by the, "What will Dion bumble into next?" meme.Personally, I think the question will be more, "Who is best positioned to get us out of this mess?" which is a question not typically favoring the ruling party who actively or passively got the country there.

So MI's book is coming out just before the Liberal convention in Vancouver. Good timing. The word 'patriot' has been drummed into our heads so much over the last several years. When I hear that word, I automatically think of Uncle Sam and the Stars and Stripes; military bands, parades and fireworks - plus the very unpopular Patriot Act and the Patriot Missile. But one never knows, as PR goes, writing books could eventually trump hugging babies!
