This clip does not get better the second time around. The man is an embarassment. It says a lot about Harper that he is willing to keep this guy around.
ok, I didn't recall Ezra talking over the other two, but he did at the end, when his turn was obviously over.
Run any tape of Goodale, Susan Smith, Rae or Kennedy, and you get the same.
But I still like and agree with what Ezra said.
Too many cheap shots for partisan purposes from all parties.

This whole Brenda Martin has been so ridiculous played up, my opinion has gone from one of sympathy to impatience. This woman has been crying for months, which she should rightly have been, and now that she's coming back, she's still complaining.
The judge in Mexico found her guilty, and instead of throwing her in their jail for five years, they've agreed to extradite her back to Canada to serve the remainder of her sentence. The National Post reported however that Martin is still complaining about her situation, even to the point of her whining about having to wear handcuffs. Uh, you are a convicted felon, Ms. Martin, that's what handcuffs are for.
I'm just impatient, because there are literally hundreds of cases that would make Martin's case a cakewalk. Just recently there's been reports of a Sudanese man from Canada having to take refugee in the embassy in Khartoum. What about him? Doesn't he have the same rights? Just because she's a woman she should not be overly portrayed by the biased media.
One final point. If the Conservatives did send a "Delta Force" like squad to break Martin out of jail, they would definitely win brownie points with the macho and anarchist voters.
We can't lose sight of the fact that the Canadian government has a responsibility to our citizens in foreign prisons.
On a side note, it is interesting to see another Alberta "baron" screwing up by running a business sham/scam in another country (Enron, Worldcom, etc). Alberta - where the almighty buck rules supreme.
I have heard people wondering, "if you reside in the man's house, and cook meals for him daily, do you not know what he does for a living - and how it goes down? Do you not get suspicious when handed a huge gift when your boss is heading to jail?" While we are not in a position to pass judgement on the Mexican case, we should bring her home to serve time here - to ensure conditions befitting Canadian prisoners.
As to her innocence or guilt - that would need to be determined in time.
Oh, and Ezra? Complete jackass - without a shred of knowledge of proper debating protocol. The Wilson shot at Ralph Goodale is a joke... Ralph is a debater "par excellence", and definitely holds his own in a battle, but it is takes Ezra-like behaviour from people like our old "New Government" environment Monster (sorry, Minister) - John Baird - to get him to "fight back" with some jabs of his own. Ralph is a gentleman - something the drooling Baird and Levant are not...

This is the main difference between Canadian and Liberal media.
These two partisan jackasses would have thier feet swept from under them on any American T.V debate.
But in Canada, they are allowed to essentially bullshit and Jane says nothing.
Ezra was bang on and sometimes its impossible to be polite when the people before you were so ignorant.
Great work Ezra, make sure CTV stays fair and balanced and not always tilted toward the leftist loons who drink red koolaid for 3 meals a day.
