How many of those jobs in Canada?
lol. You get my point. I counted 47 available in North America according to their website.
Does that include construction and staffing jobs for building a new facility for Mike Lazardis' Institute of Quantum Computing in Waterloo? Remember Harper gave his friend on the Economic Advisory Panel $50 million for his research and training facility.

Paul Martin paid in a ton to the Perimeter Institute (another one of Mike's legacy projects) as well. (http://www.1337hax0r.com/2007/05/17/where-have-i-seen-this-before/)
On the plus side, the money going to the research institutes is going to a good and reasonably valuable cause.
