It's Amazing What A Little Bit of Good Hair Will Do for a Political Party

Below, my pal Justin talks about his hair at a Burlington rally.

Today, Nik Nanos releases a startling poll showing the Liberals surging past the NDP. Coincidence? I think not.

If political parties were like stocks, today would be an excellent day to invest in the Liberal Party. Donate right here.

Looking at the poll, it's pretty obvious that the 11.2% margin of error in Atlantic Canada has skewed the final tallies. Now that's not to say that the Liberals are on the upswing nationally because they probably are. Still, I think that the NDP are doing better in Atlantic Canada than the poll shows.

The NDP are also on the upswing in Ontario, and the resignation of Dalton McGuinty has given them a perfect opportunity to propel themselves into government. Of course, they'll have to beat out the PCs, but they're definitely in the running.

I've actually just written a nice little piece about this very issue on my blog, which you might find interesting.
