Would make sense to me. He's big time with the Liberal youth. He is the MP for one of the most ethnically diverse ridings in the country.

Well, there's another factor to consider: whether Mr. Trudeau is on good graces with Mr. Ignatieff. Given Justin's past opinion on Mr. Iggy's views on federalism, I'm skeptical Iggy would want to do anything good for Justin. But I'm sure they've patched it up at some point, and yes I agree with you that it would be a good idea to finally let Justin speak in Parliament (at least more often).
Justin would be great in that position.
I hope that the Toronto crowd around Ignatieff allows Justin around the table. Quebec isnt all about Pablo and Denis Coderre's view of Canada. There are many, many Liberals who embrace the values that Trudeau speaks of. The Toronto crowd is mistaken if it thinks that Quebec is monolithic.
