The Donald Goes Bankrupt Again

Ahhh, who cares? It's only one per cent of his net worth anyway. The guy's got more lives than a cat. Any chance all the properties keep the Trump name?

My understanding is that the majority of properties carrying the Trump name actually have very little Trump ownership. Other investors own the majority and in exchange for a small piece of the action the buildings get Trump's name on it. Bankrupt or not the Trump name still carries some cache.

I think his 5 minutes were over long ago - anyone could be wealthy if they were handed Manhattan real estate during boomtimes.. has he ever actually succeeded in a new endeavor?

I have more respect for the two-man mechanic shop who manages to keep above water in our current economy than some arrogant prima donna like Trump.
