Jim Curran is an Anti-Semitic Bigot

Just ask Ezra Levant. He should know, he's the champion of Human Rights. According to EzRaw the whole Canadian left is anti-Israel - except for Jason Cherniak.

To speak against an Israeli policy my friends is to be anti-semitic. So is questioning a Foreign Minister's response to a crisis that is not in line with the Government it represents. These guys are in serious trouble too I suspect.

Ezra failed to mention the blogpost in between the two comments (meant to be one)he refers to. Lesson: Don't blog and comment at the same time or you're an anti-semite.

Hi James, I suggest you stop caring what those largely irrelevant douche nozzles think of you. I still love ya, pal!

Am I going to get sued now for calling Ezra and Jason bad names?

Ezra Levant is not a credible man. He is a neo-con and a bigot. How many times he has been sued for bigotry. Many times. If I were you I will not worry about him.

Well I wouldn't sneak it past Ezra Prole.

Get your own blog if you have something to say or identify yourself. I don't need your bullshit Anonymous food spewer.

James what do you think he'd take more offense to, "douche nozzle" or "largely irrelevant"? I'm guessing the latter. ;-)

Well prole, you could have called him an utter moron - but then again you can sue for defamation if it's the truth, right?

Hi Jim. How you doin'?

Anti-Semite. Traitor. Un-American. All terms used to stop an argument in its tracks, demean the debate and make the term utterer feel better about themselves.

Invective and insult aren't particularly helpful from either side of the equation.. throwing words around like "bigot" and "anti-Semite" don't really add anything to a dialogue..

My thoughts - it's easy to criticize Israel from the comfort of a nation where rockets aren't being rained down from locations specifically chosen by Hamas because of the likelihood of civilian casualties and the resulting international outrage resulting from any military response(see your own list of nations condemning Israel)..

So - on the one hand, civilian casualities are horrific, but on the other hand, where is the outrage over terrorists who intentially use civilian shields and take advantage of the so-called "weaker" western conscience over loss of innocent life?

It is a very difficult matter to deal with.. but at the same time, as I've posted on Ezra's blog, criticizing Israel policy doesn't make anyone an anti-Semite.

Thank you for your commentary Rob.

I will offer up to you and those following this debate - as I have already to Jason - an apology for the way I worded my comments on the czech FM.

My intention was to ask why he made his statement contrary to the policy of his nation. Unfortunately, I was wrong in the way I went about it.

James Curran said...

As for the outrage? Many, many of us were sickened when Hamas destroyed fatah and took over gaza. I believe most world leaders are on record as saying so as well.

James Bowie, if I was any better, I'd be twins.

Ezra Levant = self serving, special logic!

I see that the dwarf Jason Cherniak has decided to use the aggregator Liblogs to post his views.
We have one report that MP are told not to speak at rallies and now JC shoves Iggy's farcical statement on top of Liblogs...

I guess the pro-Israeli forces insides the Liberal party must have little stiffy's at all of this.

Iggy was wrong in his statements - it was weak posturing.
It's Israel is always right, even when it's wrong..

No wonder I admire the BQ more and more...

Ah. Well that makes sense. It's not that you LIKE Hamas. You're more than happy to oppose them when they're killing Palestinians. But as long as they're killing Jews ... hey, more power to 'em, right?

Makes perfect sense. Thanks for being honest.

What a fuck*ng stupid statement Alex. Give your head a shake.

Prole's worried he's going to get sued and LeDaro discredits Ezra because he's been sued (too many times). What's going on up there in Canada, everyone talking about being sued...Your candaian Human Rights Commission sure has everyone on edge. Maybe you should do away with it.

As far as Alex goes I don't find anything stupid about his statement but I can understand the dissonance it must cause your limited cognitive abilities. Instead of a head shake I'll take a hand shake from him.
