Shame. Guess he saw the writing on the wall. Can't organize in time for a May convention. That leaves the 3 we all know are running and the one that should be announcing shortly.
It also narrows down your guesses as to who my buddy Warren is backing. Anyone?

I'm going to get you to my side, Curran. I mean it.
JC, Did you get an invite to WK`s party. If not, forget about him.
The sad part is that WK and/or his candidate are PROBABLY trying to get the convention moved from Vancouver to Ontario/Quebec.
Why? 2006 Delegate Results.
B.C.
1 BOB RAE 145 25.40%
2 GERARD KENNEDY 130 22.80%
3 STEPHANE DION 100 17.50%
4 MICHAEL IGNATIEFF 91 16.00%
Alberta
1 GERARD KENNEDY 117 25.90%
2 MICHAEL IGNATIEFF 115 25.50%
3 STÉPHANE DION 81 18.00%
4 JOE VOLPE 39 8.60%
5 BOB RAE 37 8.20%
Alberta and B.C.
1 GERARD KENNEDY 247 24%
2 MICHAEL IGNATIEFF 206 20%
3 STEPHANE DION 182 17.8%

Now you know whose campaign was most disadvantaged getting their delegates to Montreal in 2006.
Good for Rae!

"...federal Liberal leadership candidate Bob Rae supports keeping the party's convention in Vancouver"
We would expect Gerard to be good for YVR. Now it is time for Iggy and LeBlanc to come to bat.
Anyone got the scoop on kennedy. Is he running. I know a lot of people i talk to think this guy is the whole package. I think he certainly has the drive and the smarts to get it done. Remember when kennedy went to Dion in 2006 he went because there was nowhere else to go.And the war beyween Iggy and Rae drove Raes supporters to Dion which is what put him over the top. So lets not hang the Dion exeperience on Kennedy.
Gerard has until Sunday to decide. After that, he might as well pack up his tent and go home.
