Window dressing. There is no demonstrated connection between the act of registering a firearm, and the tendancy to utilize that firearm for an improper purpose.<br /><br />None.<br /><br />Firearm deaths were going down before the registry came into place.<br /><br />And licensing has nothing to do with "registration".<br /><br />And using the deaths of the victims Mark Lepine as "poster corpses" for this flawed concept is as tasteless as it is tragic.Robert G.
